I took people advice and tried a couple pair, not bad. I wish the front panel was mesh also. Any more information on fishnet or mesh underwear please post.

What's the fibre content of the Life Mesh stuff?

content is 80% polyester, 15% spandex, 5% nylon
I live in hot Florida and I don't think they breathe very well (disappointing in a mesh), and they tend to have loose threads in the waist and leg openings. But what I really like is the fly.
They appear to have a 2-button-fly, but the buttons don't have buttonholes. They are sewed straight thru both pieces. Useless as is. But if you REMOVE THE BUTTONS, what you have is the biggest, gaping, WIDE-OPEN FLY I have ever seen. On an XL, the fly opening is 6.75 inches long. We're talking "crotchless" or "pouchless". With your equipment hanging out (which is inevitable) its like freeballing, except the bottom of the fly opening supports your balls, pushing them up and forward a little, so they're not hanging between your legs. I find this much more comfortable than freeballing or boxers on days when I'm doing alot of walking (I'm a little heavy).

I have to wonder if the buttons are intended to be cut off, as they are useless otherwise.

BTW, the Life EURO TRUNK is very similar, except for the following differences:
The fabric is more comfortable, though not a mesh, and they have fewer loose thread problems.
The button fly is actually functional (can be opened or closed), but the button fly is about a half-inch shorter at the bottom. This means they don't gap open quite as much, and if you wear them with your equipment out they push your stuff a little too much up and out, but still tolerable for shorter periods.

AH! Finally found your postings. I really dig them and can't believe you can actually purcase them from Walmart. The back looks sheer enuff to see through and yet not nearly sheer enuff to get arrested at a public pool for. Just outta curiosity do they get anymore see through when wet?
