Yes, this is a common "look" due to too frequent "all-over" waxing, which I certainly think the otherwise gorgeous model has indulged in.
The skin loses it's lovely youthful texture, and takes on this uniform "leather" look, very frequently seen on guy's waxed/shaven balls. It's exacerbated by artificial tanning too.
