What is the meaning of "(1 viewing)" at the end of a subject?

In the profiles, what does it mean "member of no public groups" ?

(1 viewing) is simply the number of users viewing a thread or forum.

"member of no public groups" - As the administrator, I can set up various user groups. They are very versatile, but I don't see a need for them on this site. I could have different access groups for say a members area, or I could have special priveledge groups set up that if you reach a certain number of post you would automatically join (and get access to hidden things)....

The forum software is very versatile, but usg-online is very simple in it's requirements so many of these features I don't use.
