I'm beginning to think the same. You were in the shower, and some guy touched you. So what? Happens all the time. But you say that it made you hard. That means that you responded - so what did he do then? Walk away leaving you erect? Most improbable.
The sauna club I go to has a communal shower, and the shower heads are close together. If the shower is busy I'll be standing really close to the next guy - often touching.
