Seems strange that I can post as an unregistered guest anonimously. If I am waiting for confirmation or activation as a new member I cannot post at all?

You're right. All users are put into groups - "Unregistered", "Registered", "Users waiting email confirmation", etc... The software that runs the board comes out of the box with the "User waiting email confirmation" permissions all turned off. Since you're the first person to mention this I just didn't know about it. I've now changed it so you that group can post and vote on polls.

However, the system send out the email immediately to you after you register, so there shouldn't have to be any amount of time that a person is actually in that group. As long as you reply to the email you're registration is validated and you became a full registered users.

If you didn't get the email for some reason, let me know by emailing me at john@usg-online.com and I can manually complete the registration.
