No, It's not down. USG is one of their affiliates through LinkShare and has special links on the site to Universalgear. There is some dispute between the two companies which is causing USG's links not to function. You can still access Undergear by going directly to http://www.undergear.com
I will replace all the links on the site if they don't resolve the issues soon.
