When in college I started tucking my white Hanes T shirts into my underwear. It held the t shirt snug and kept things from bunching up and looking frumpy. Many dorm-mates snickered until they tried it, then it caught on and that was the norm for most guys in my dorm area.
Advantage: when the under shirt T-shirt is tucked in, looks smoother under a shirt or sport T shirt, but you also get easy access to showing the band and brand of what's under the jeans. Even now, many years out of college, I have been known to loosen the belt or "forget" to wear a belt so the jeans ride low and ooopsie... the top of my u/w is peaking... or the elastic band of one of my many dress jocks or thongs pops out. Been known to get some prompt and special customer service when wandering the aisles at the hardware and department stores.
Any one else tuck the t's so the u/w labels show?
