If you haven't read my earlier post, see the other angry UG tirade a few threads down and my anger will make more sense...
All right, I have this damn membership that I paid $35 for and have only gotten 1 of 2 shipments in proper manner (free priority ship, no service charge). I put in an order a few days ago and now I'm getting priority shipping, but I'm paying for it!
The big selling point of the Gold Membership is that it pays for itself after two to three orders. The problem is that I've made three orders and I've gotten screwed twice with nothing more than an 'Oh, sorry' from IM customer service. To make matters worse, in my last order there was a 10% off coupon, I entered the code when I placed my order and it told me that it expired two days BEFORE the shipment it came with arrived!
I just sent a nastygram over there and I'll let you know what happens next and if there is a satisfactory remedy to all this (I doubt it, since I've never gotten one before.) I can't believe that they have managed to hose me yet again! This brings the total to nearly a 66% chance of disaster with UG.
