I was watching QueerEyeForTheStraight guy and they were talking about skivvies, something underwear related.
What does "skivvies" mean ?

That is an Army term for underwear. It is also out-of-style.

Enter "skivvy wiggles" into a search engine and you will find out what a skivvy looks like.
Basically I think of a skivvy as a long sleeved jumper (or, if you are American, "sweater"), but in Australia I think people are more likely to say "jumper" or "pullover" for something woollen or with a fairly loose weave, while "skivvy" is more likely to be cotton or a closer weave fabric.
I certainly don't think of skivvies as underwear, but terms vary from one country to another, even among English speaking countries. An online dictionary also says that it's a UK slang term for a female domestic servant, but I am sure that's not wht you had in mind.
The Wiggles have made their skivvies their trademark.
