I'm glad you brought this up. I'm new to the message board software - and slowly I've been adding to it and enhancing it. Much of the board is still working on it's default settings - like that message.

I will definitely change it - parts of it are fitting - but maybe this would be better:

"By clicking the Agree button, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."
