Ok, how many of you guys have seen underwear scenes in hollywood movies? Ex: Tigerland, nice movie with lots of barracks scenes filled with guys in classic white briefs!!

The Boys in Company C, only one short scene where a whole bunch of young guys are in their barracks in nothing but white t-shirts and white classic briefs.

What others can you guys think of?

Here's a few caps from a movie that's been on US cable stations recently. The star, Simon Baker, was on TV's The Gaurdian. He's an Ausie actor, but often plays American. Anyway, in this movie, Book of Love, he's in Jockey Y-fronts a few times. AMAZING!! He actually gets out of them at one point. No full-frontal, but you get a glimps of bush. Very worth checking out if you dig Simon (which I do).

I too noticed he's wearing the "low-rise" version and they certainly don't seem to fit him all that well.
However, I certainly agree with you that ANY scene in a movie with a guy in white briefs is a good one! I do feel my own interest factor going up when guys get undressed on screen and we see white fly-fronted briefs instead of the seemingly ubiquitous damn blousy cover-all boxers!
You mention Brad Davis and "Midnight Express". Loved the guy, ...(a tragically sad loss),.......he certainly knew how to wear a pair of JOCKEY CLASSICS! Think I wore the tape out with replays!!!
Being locked up in a Turkish gaol (that's "jail" to you guys), would be a horrific experience, ....but sharing a cell with Brad walking about in his JOCKEY CLASSICS might just relieve the boredom somewhat.
The funny thing for me was that in the movie, Brad wouldn't let his cellmate "do it", and in real life we all know he was certainly more than up for it!

You're right about that change from the real story where they fooled around to the movie version where he turns that handsome Nordic man down. My adult, much more experienced and demanding self gets pissed off at Hollywood for de-gaying a real-life experience to fit closed-minded sensibilities... But, as a kid when I first saw the movie, that kiss alone just blew my mind. For the era and the budget and so forth, two naked men in an extended kiss, even if it did end in the star walking away!, was pretty ground-breaking. Anyway, in my imagination that is not how the kiss ends.

GRAND ECOLE is a foreign film, French with subtitles I believe. Some great shots of men in boxers, briefs, and a pale blue style that is see through on the sides covered in front and back-very brief trunk style. Also any and every part of a naked man you might want to see. If this one doesn't make you horny just looking at it, well...

Once again, I'm agreeing with Bondsman. I loved MG in his early career, but the radical form of Catholicism he follows (note: I have NO problem with Christianity, but these fundamentalist-type sects that are deeply homophobic really piss me off) has made me pretty much detest the man. But, if you're interested in seeing him in underwear, he also has a scene where he runs around in briefs (light blue ones, I think, but wouldn't put money on that) in Bird on a Wire, a crappy movie with Goldie Hawn.

There's also a short scene in one of those Lethal Weapon movies where he's in briefs. I think they're black (or very dark).

Also, when he was really young, he did a movie called Tim in which he was in a Speedo a fair bit.

But I still hate him and would never watch a movie he's directed. In addition to the problems with that violence of Jesus' death movie he did, his first directorial effort was The Man Without a Face, based on a novel with a gay plot which he completely removed from the movie, and his second was Braveheart, in which he portrayed the villain as a big fop. Thanks, Mel.

Now on another note (just because I don’t want to be ALL negative), another underwear scene to look for is one from is Russell Crowe in Romper Stomper. His character is covered in tattoos and kind of a skin-head type, but the movie has a hot homo undertone and there’s a scene of him in very small, very tight white briefs. He walks toward than then steps over the camera and about makes me lose it right then. (He’s also got a quick briefs scene in Proof, not related to the play or recent movie adaptation. Quick scene of him pulling on his pants after sex with a woman.) I know Crowe has done some dumb things and pissed people off, but I will always love him ever since he starred in one of my all-time favorites, The Sum of Us (no underwear in the movie, but it’s a wonderful film regardless).

It's well worth checking out this Spanish film for the actor Gael Garcia Bernal (Motorcycle Diaries). Apart from being a very good film you get to see quite a bit of yummy Bernal, including a swimming pool scene of him in a pair of white briefs (I'm sure the experts will identify the model!).

I've taken some screen shots and loaded them here for your perusal; including some gorgeous "wet" shots. Well worth a look. :D

Incidentally, this film was chosen to open the Cannes Film Festival in 2001.

While there are no underwear scenes, there are some wonderful scenes of two very handsome nude men in this movie.

This movie was not at all what I expected. Whether you are gay or straight, this is an exceptional movie. The fellow who wrote Lonesome Dove took a risk doing the screen play. It paid off in this terrific movie.

I adored Brad Davis. He was impressive in Fassbinders Querelle (after Jean Genets novel). He got fucked by a black man before being allowed to fuck Jeanne Moreau. Franco Nero craved for him all film long. It was nice to see that craving. It is unfortunate Brad Davis and Fassbinder both died.

You're talking about Mitch Pileggi. I agree--he's extraordinarily hot. Unlike you, though, I don't think there can be anything hotter than a hot man in Jokey y-fronts. I never liked X-Files, but I sought out this episode once I heard about it.

It's in season 4, episode title "Zero Sum." I recorded it an just skipped to the underwear scene so I'm not sure what the hell was going on, but I think he was getting rid of evidence or something, so he undresses. He strips to his briefs and puts his clothes in a garbage bag. Actually, the scene after when he's carrying that bag of clothes around is hot, too, even though he's dressed again. He's got a nice bulge going.

wow, Mitch Pileggi loos totally hot in his JOCKEY CLASSICS. I love this sequence, and quite a few of another favourite of mine, ...CHRIS MELONI in "OZ". :blowme The show was never the same without him after he left.
As an actor I have to admire him too. He was never ashamed to fully and erotically kiss another guy, appear totally nude, piss on camera, or bend over and part his cheeks on cam to show us ALL of his gorgeous body.
His brief shots too were just amazing. I do wish he'd go back to "OZ", instead of the crap show he's now in!

I was visiting someone this weekend who has HBO, and I checked out the new show "Big Love." Bill Paxton is in underwear a lot! Very first scene, in fact, he gets out of bed in white briefs. In another he's in boxer briefs (if I remember right, that was in the second ep., pt.2 of the pilot). In one he gets out of his white briefs and we get some glimpses of the goods (first ep.), and there are one or two very extensive bare ass shots, as well as a really nice white briefs ass shot. Very nice all around if you're into him. He's getting older, and not in buff shape--all of which I like, but those who like 'em young, hairless and gym-rat hard won't get much out of it. (I didn't actually watch the show, so no comments on content although it is certainly controversial.)

HBO is a premium cable subscription service in the US (and perhaps otehr places).

I've only seen two or three episodes of "Big Love," but Bill Paxton was in white briefs several times, bare-assed once or twice, I think in gray boxer briefs once or twice...all in the first few episodes. It plays on HBO, but it's also now available on DVD.
