May I ask for some advice on sizing of Bike Jockstraps please?

I am 39 inches on the waist (not much fat there either).

According to Bike sizing, Large is 36 to 38 inches and X-Large is 40 to 42 inches.

So do Bike's shrink down or Stretch Up with age?

How tight or lose are the pouches in Bike's please?

I'd like to buy some Bike swimmer jockstraps for every day wear and for mountain bike cycling.

Thank you for you advice.

I find that BIKE jockstraps tend to be a bit tight on the waist. If you like a tight waistband then go for the Large. I personally think that you might find the X Large more comfortable. The current BIKE jockstraps don't seem to shrink or stretch more over time in my experience.

By the way, great picture of you in the ProSport.

:blowme The BIKE tends to be little tight but love the way it protects and give lift to the cock and balls. :moon

When choosing a BIKE jockstrap, ALWAYS go for the size larger than you might think at first.
The classic jockstrap is one of those garments that just doesn't look good if it's too small for you. You can end up looking like you're pushed into a tourniquet, and it will cut into your waist and produce an muffin-top effect rather like the dreaded "love-handles" from the back, and that's definitely NOT a good look when wearing a jockstrap.
The pouches don't seem to change in size at all really, .....I guess they assume most men have average sized equipment, but the waistband is the most important thing to get right!

Hey 'BB'!

I gotta agree with you big time about BIKE 'straps'--XL size is the best coz when they are new the waistband of the MEDIUM is about the same size as the XL. HOWEVER, the XL POUCH has lots more room and I always need that comfort zone coz as soon as I pull on my STRAP I get BIG TIME WOOD!! LOL :D :D :D

We just Bike jocks in for Jockstrapcentral.com and I have them here in front of me laid out on the desk. here's the difference...

As for waist bank, there's a two inch difference between each size. This is heavy duty elastic (actually 70% polyester, 30% rubber) and like Bondsman says, it's going to create bulges (the wrong sort) if it's too small.

As for the pouch difference, it's very minimal - they're about the same width, but the length has about a half inch difference.

I would go for the xlarge.
