I have just registered to reply to this thread.

I have been researching Protex for months since the productline was dropped by a prominent jockstrap online retailer. It would appear that they have been taken over by a company called Fox40.

Sadly it looks as if they will not be retailing and decent jocks, which is a real shame as I only have 3 and have found them the most comfortable jock around take. The front straps make all the difference. Anyway take a look for yourself..... http://www.coachdepot.com/shop/?cat=fox40
