dont quite know if this classes itself as a sighting but will give it a go
living in an apartment complex has it's plus sides i realised being the undie freak!>recently some new neighbours moved in,not having hung the curtains yet i had a free view of their livingroom and could see hubby( ? ) painting the walls wearing norhing but very tight fitting black boxer briefs of no name brand(as i could tell)-well gawd was i busy on my balcony(as x-cuse to perve!!) and what a bulge-well a few weeks later and the curtains are hung(so is neighbourman!!LOL) but neighbour seems to have no issues at all comming onto balcony in his underwear(he seems to be a tight fitting boxerbrief(30 something ) type>pity i am moving house soon!! )
another fetish and fav. i have is wash day-seeing all the neighbour(men) undies hanging out- quite a turn on when i bump into some of the guys on the streeet and cant help wondering which pair that hung out to dry he would be wearing right at that moment !

oiy! have moved and now have no opp. neighbours or washing lines to view> why ever did i move?!?
BUT... the upstairs neighbours have rather noisy todlers, thus after being woken @ 06:30 on a sunday morning by noisy kiddy feet running about ( i live in a rather old building now ) , i went upstairs to "complain "about this ... well the new neighbour( mid 30's) answers door in grey briefs ( with rather well filled pouch) and t-shirt>OMG!! i died and St.Peter opened the gates! (hahaha!) > needless to say i so wish i could go and complain much more !

So, ummmm.... is it better or worse ... I suppose that with the washing line it was more of a regular thing 'cause now you can't keep knocking on his door and hoping he will appear in his undies can you ;)
