Anyone thinks it sexy to have a white ass, clearly showing the marks of the underwear/swimwear you were wearing while you were catching some sun.

Saw this guy at the gym with a thongtan. Although he wasn't wearing a thong at the gym thought it was sexy to see that he wears one while tanning/sunbathing.

Yep, I'm COMPLETELY ignited by thong tans (or really skimpy tan lines, too). But I had an interesting conversation with a friend on this topic. You all know how the general poulace eschews, speedos, thongs, and sexy skivvies, in North America-butmy friend made the point that nomatter how "Butch" (eg anti-speedo) a porn-star is-they always have Speedo tanlines. It's odd-but I'm grateful for it.

I just love to see "permanent white briefs"!

Also, perhaps the penis doesn't look SO great when tanned to a crisp, ....too redolent of a barbecued chicken perhaps?
I find white tan marks a great turn-on, but they have to be Speedo/AussieBum type lines. There's nothing more bizarre to my way of thinking than to see guys with those white thighs and upper calves from wearing those bloody baggy boardshorts that have been blocking the view on the beach for way too long now.
I find it totally strange when I watch guys come down to the beach in shorts and change into BIGGER, BULKIER things to actually swim in!
And why is it that women's fashions have progressively got tinier and tinier and men have been lumped with wearing doonas and duvets? Bigger and Baggier is NOT Better!
Specially here in Oz where it's SO hot.

And I think it's even worse here in North America. Try showing up on a mainstream beach here with a thong or even a speedo! Be prepared for glares (and not complimentary)

I do have to say I am a huge tanline fan. In not so much a fan of the string or thong tan. I love a speedo or brief tan line. To me part of the attraction of the tan line, is maybe the fact that Im seeing something that isnt exposed alot. Maybe showing that it is a more sensitve area. Definatly highlighting one my favorite parts of the male form.

I personally like to tan my butt, but I'm not too comfortable wearing a thong. So, I'll wear an ordinary Speedo or AussieBum, and scrunch the seat up my crack, "boatie style", as the Aussies say. Works well for me, and I do get some odd (but definitely not hostile!) glances at the nudist gatherings I frequent. Something of an ice breaker, for one as unsociable as me!

I never heard that expression... but I assume it refers to the practice of rowers pulling the speedos back over their arse cheeks - and sometimes not being real quick about pulling them back down again when they get out of the boat and stand on the bank. Of course we all know it's to prevent friction chafing, and not for showing off, right?

Every summer, I mow my farm grass of about 3 acres. I usually wear just white briefs as I live on a lonely country road. I get soaked by garden hose or pool and mow away. At the end of the summer, I have some neat tan lines. When I go commando, my body looks as if I have on some white briefs.

For me I'm tanned all over. I just like the look. On others a full tan looks great as does a tanline, and a thong tan is just plain hot. As with everything else on this site, to each his own!

I love tanning in my skimpy bikinis and getting a great tanline. The attention I get while changing and showering at the gym is fun too!
