this clip is from a movie called "bullet." It came out in about 96. there are a number of scenes with Ted Levine in his underwear. The problem is, his character is a nut job, and he's kind of a filthy slob. This is the actor who plays Captain Stottlemeyer on the TV show "Monk." Also attached is a picture of him looking like Stottlemeyer. It may help imagine him as the hot butch man he is, rather than the crazy person his character in Bullet is.
