Hi - is it just me or are there more and more pics being posted that are more about showing off their cocks than their underwear? I'm not objecting (some great looking cocks out there)- just thinking that flashing my cock isn't something I do all the time and maybe other people would like to have a gentler forum as well. Especially as I'd quite like to show off some of my older, favourite and just strange underwear. It won't get you wanting to suck me off, but a new forum for "old and favourite" underwear could be fun. Hi Golden2, please don't feel threatened or put off by all those pics that feature cocks as well as underwear.
I myself have in the past complained about pics being posted that really only showed totally naked cocks and didn't even pretend to feature underwear at all. As I have said before, there are hundreds of totally nude, "just-show-us-your-cock" sites out there if that's your thing
However, I must admit to liking some of those pics here that demonstrate how the fly works on a pair of briefs, or what we like to do with it, or the tremendously powerful erotic effect underwear seems to have on us all when we put it on ....and here I must admit to being guilty of posting a few pics in that genre myself. I probably could have concentrated on thinking of something revolting to make sure it stayed down, but underwear has always given me a hard-on, so there it is, ....naturally me.
However, that being said, please don't feel that there is no place for those board members who do not feel comfortable showing all, and really just want to post pics of their underwear.

Hey – don’t get me wrong guys! I’m not remotely against cock shots – I love looking at the videos and the x-rated pics. I know where you're coming from, but as Bondsman spoke (quite accurately) for me, there already are places for you to do just that.

If you just want to post photos, then use the User Galleries, but if you want discussion, then use the forums here. If you want to post dick shots on the user galleries, then they go in the X-rated section - anything else goes into the G section.

As for the Show and Tell area, I just don't think they're busy enough to divide them into G and X rated sections, but there's no reason not to just post your G pictures there and have a discussion.

Personally, my beef with the user galleries is a lot of the guys posting photos of themselves almost completely naked with some undies lying on the floor just so it qualifies them to post the photo in the user galleries - and then, instead of posting it in the "full monty" gallery, they post it in the "briefs" or "jockstraps" section, because I guess technically there is a crumpled up brief or jockstrap lying on the floor.

It's a hard balancing act trying to keep the galleries interesting and not too restricting, but at the same time trying to keep things on topic. I try to avoid censorship as much as possible. I'm not sure how many people realize it, but it's a full-time job between Bondsman, Sweaty Aussie, Scootmanca and myself trying to keep the galleries in some semblance of order.

Anyway, please please please post your non-genitalia photos in the Show and Tell forums and get the conversation started. That's what that area was intended for in the first place.

I wish we could think of something better to call the galleries though. When I see the phrase "user galleries" it immediately invokes thoughts of those places colloquially known as "shooting galleries" like laneways, unsupervised public toilets etc. where drug users go to shoot up and do their deals. Well, so I am told, I have no first hand experience thank you very much.

"Member Galleries" sounds better - but then again the double meaning of "member" might suggest we just want to see more dick, which is exactly the issue we are dealing with in this thread, so I guess that is not ideal either...

"Me and my gear"? Funny how everything seems to have drug connotations... maybe someone else can think of a good alternative name for the user galleries.

I think what we should do is to have a category for all vintage or unusual underwear... But, I do agree w/ Deusex, sometimes is hard to determine which category to place certain pictures... For example... I think is hard to determine which category I should place an "underwear collection picture".
