swim in undies?

So I went to my friends apartment and I was all excited because i wanted to go swimming. I forgot my suit so I was going to go in my undies they actually look a lot like swim trunks. They are black trunks from H&M very cute and tight fitting. Anyways we got there and they were kids... and i got very sad! I didn't think it was appropriate. EH! Soon though! I hope! So has anybody gone swimming in their undies? ;)

I have. Several times at hotels. Once I wore my white Jockey y-fronts for an early morning swim at a hotel I was using. There was another guy doing laps. He could not help but see me doing my slow laps. He got an eyeful as I got out and walked to my room (25feet) carrying my towel. Of course in my own pool, I wear my white briefs a lot. :bath :bath :bath

There are a couple of reasons why I haven't swum in my undies (except if you count some items that are difficult to classify as underwear or swimwear):

Firstly, cotton underwear has a tendency to go transparent when wet, and while you may think that's a hot look, it's considered indecent in most swimming places, unless it's a designated "clothing optional" spot.

Secondly, I love speedos so much that I would always come prepared with my speedos!

In fact I am more likely to wear my Speedos as underpants than the other way round.

I did one time in a river. It was in a blue brief of dim. The cotton was not thin so no see throug. It was nice but it dry slow.

Too many times to remember - I actually find it very erotic. A particular favourite is swimming with a mate (usually str8) and getting a good look at his package as he gets out. Gay friends just go naked and take away the mystery.

If I didn't have swimming gear I would swim in my underwear... but as you say you can see everything when they get wet, which is why I prefer speedos. Same thing as finding a guy in the right gear more sexy than a guy naked.

I have posted here before that it's a firm rule at my home that swimming is to be done in briefs, preferably white. :cool:
Strangely enough, either I'm very persuasive, or friends just humour me, but they all do it!
Even workman whom I've had here on various projects, have asked if they could swim due to the excessive heat. I told them yes, but in their briefs. I think they might have thought I said that because I didn't want them to go nude, ....which was true in a way, but not the way they thought! ;) :) ;)
I've actually posted some pics of a paver in his white Jockeys walking round the pool somewhere here on site.
I, of course, wouldn't think of swimming anyway else!

As a kid, I used to swim in my undies all the time. I had an uncle with a swimming pool, who we used to just "stop by and see" -- he lived the next town over, so when we were over that way my parents would drive by and see if he was home. Listening to the grown ups talk was boring. So he said I could go swimming, and my mom said since i didn't have a suit it would have to be my underwear (colored briefs) which wasn't much different from the speedo I wore for swim team. One day, the son and friends of my uncles girl friend (the son was about 5 years older than I was -- star of the varsity swim team, and ooooooo so hot)... came over and they dove in. This was the mid 80's and the umbro style soccer shorts were in style. Well I said to my mom after they left, that those guys were wearing really small speedos under their shorts, and my mom told me that it was probably bikini underwear. I think an obsession might have been born that day.

I love swimming in think white briefs that get see thru when wet. we've got a pool in the backyard, and this is the way I always swim, whether it is just me or the kids are around. i guess i don't care if the kids can see the outline of my cock and balls, or my pubes.
