The model is an old friend of my named Jim.

The underwear is an old style fro California Muscle. Not sure if they still make it. I know Oboy also does a variation on it, but I prefer the back of this one as it's more open, wherase the oboy one is more of a slit. You can see the whole photoshoot here - and more of all that gear here:
