Servers being moved

I don't think it's going to impact the sites, but both the USG-online.com and Un-der-wear.com sites are going to be moved. Apparently, the un-der-wear.com server is old and can't run the appropriate software (php and mysql) for the upgrade i'm planning.

So...if the site happens to be unavailable in the next few days, it's only temporary.

Don't know about the rest of you, but I've been finding the servers a bit stickly lately, so hopefully this move will also speed things up a bit. Let's cross our fingers.

Ok, the servers have been moved and it appears the DNS servers have been updated. There was a small issue in that the un-der-wear.com DNS wasn't registered properly by the tech guys who manage the servers so it was a bit behind in catching up, but it appears to be all right now. All this DNS stuff isn't very obvious - to most of you even if the DNS hadn't caught up, the sites would appear to be the same - it's just that I couldn't make any updates or else they could be lost in the transition.

I do know of one causualty from the move, and that was an incredible post by tightie - he had posted a bunch of pics after the message board database was transferred over, but before I could shut off the board to prevent that from happening. So....tightie, please repost those great pics!!!

I am completely backlogged with the exhibitionist section of un-der-wear.com - I have probably about 10 - 15 new guys to add, and that is my goal for the next day or two. With the new script I wrote, this shouldn't take me too long. I've also redesigned the page to look like the message board and the shopping highlight galleries. Eventually, the both sites will get a redesign as I'm bored with the old white background.
