How do you delete a picture from your gallery?

Want to update my gallery pics and the delete button in the manage photos section does not work for me. Can you tell me how to delete a picture from my gallery?

The easiest way to delete photos is to click the "my photos" link in the upper left of the gallery homepage, then click on a thumbnail, then below the large photo you'll see the option to either move or delete the photo.
