I always thought AussieBum swimwear was overrated. Those underpants however look seriously sexy. Wouldn't it be nice to see these take over the fashion mantle from the daggy boxers, which may have had novelty value in the beginning but have been around way too long.

Well at the risk of appearing unpatriotic, I have to agree. I think the hype has now FAR exceeded the product, which at the beginning was not too bad at all.
Now they have degenerated into gimmicky, tiny little way over-priced mass-produced kitsch.
A very good idea let diminish in the interest of commercial sales.
I loved the early nylon swimmers, which were a very welcome return to what Speedo's used to be, ...before the advent of bloody lycra that takes forever to dry, and clings coldly around your dick like a wet sponge for hours. Yucck!!!
Those undies are not too bad, .....of course if you're built like the models they always use, you too will look fine. Hell, those guys would look great in a tarpaulin!
Unfortunately, the body doesn't come with the pack and I have just seen a few guys at the New Year dance wearing AussieBums who probably should have made wiser choices.......NOT a pretty sight at all!

Don't know about the land of OZ, but Aussiebums in the states are still somewhat of a phenomenon. I wear the 1.5 inch classic all nylon with the "aussiebum" on the butt and get all sorts of comments, some derogatory (narrow minds and small equipment), but quite a bit of positive. I love the nylon, and sincerely hope that the spndex craze here in the states doesn't ruin things for you down below.
