Whilst we haven't ordered anything ourselves from what I can gather from both this forum and some other underwear blogs I frequent , Vizeau are held in very high regard for their underwear and swimwear.

Yes, I can vouch for Vizeau. Marcus and his team are a great bunch which I've had dealings with for over 6 years now. I've ordered personally from them before, and not as a supporter of this site, I've talked at length with Marcus on the phone.

As for their products/designs, they are one of my favourite swimwear (and now underwear) designers. In fact I generally don't care for loose boxers, but they have done a sexy take on even those which I'm considering for myself.

Thanks for your replies. I am in the UK and ordered for the first time from this company a month ago now. I received no acknowledgement of my order and after a couple of weeks emailed them to confirm receipt of the order, that got ignored. I then used the websites contact form and did get a reply to the effect that they had posted the order but it had been returned - no reason given but they did apologise. I replied back asking if they had re-sent it, no reply. I waited another couple of weeks and then emailed them, still no reply. To put things in perspective I ordered from Prevailsport at the same time and got that order a week after I placed it. I don't know what on earth is going on but I am not impressed. The one consolation is I paid through paypal so if they continue to ignore me then I will claim my money back. Pity as their underwear looks damn good. Am I being too fussy, or is this really poor customer service? Further to this I have been sent a trace number for the USPS, that didn't work either.

If you do finally get your underwear, do let us know what they were like and if you were satisfied with the product.

We did investigate being a stockist of Vizeau but wasn't too sure of how well they would be picked up in the UK, so if you like them we might revisit the idea as of course it would be easier for you to buy them within the UK

Hi Mate,

I did receive the order today but to be honest I didn't like what I got. The nylon looked a lot finer in the pics than it acually is, by that I mean in the pics on the website it looks like 20 denier type mesh, but the underwear I've received looks nothing like that so personally I wouldn't recommend it. I am actually very disappointed with it. I would go for Prevailsport, they are excellent.
