It would not be too impossible a task to buy suitable red thongs, sew the existing waist elastic to each of the sides with TWO rows of stitching BEFORE you cut between them, then simply attach the two velcro strips to the cut sides.
About ten minutes work for each one I should think.

there is actually a shop here called Stripper'sWorld. I've not been in, only walked past, but I imagine they would sell things like that. There should be somewhere online that sells them though.

Not velcro but we've got several quick release thongs from MANstore (they are actually called strip strings) - if you are looking for multiples let me know and I could probably offer you a deal on them.
