A man is walking along the beach in his Speedos, when he sees two tennis balls lying in the sand. No one is around - he thinks "I'll have those".
He is already carrying things in both hands however, so he puts his stuff down, stuffs the tennis balls down the front of his bathers, picks up his gear again and walks on.
Presently he meets another guy coming the other way, and the other is of course staring goggle-eyed at the bulge in his Speedos... by way of explanation he smiles and says "Tennis balls".

"Shit, mate, that must be painful" says the other. "I had tennis elbow once."
