A minute ago I was out watering the garden that I share with the flat next door. The guy who lives there opened the blind, presumably to check on what the noise was - and Hey Presto, he was wearing tight little black boxer briefs, and nothing else.
Now before you go calling me a perve, it was HIS choice to open the blind at that moment so it was definitely a genuine "sighting" and not a "peek".
He is, I believe, straight - which is a shame and also a departure from tradition, since at least two of the previous tenants to that unit have been gay. Indeed at one time I used to jokingly refer to our block of flats as "Mauve Manor". Sadly I believe I am now the only poofter left in the complex.
