I can't be sure what's going on, but are you letting it load completely? The video will start playing, but if the playback catches up with how much is loaded, then it will pause for a bit while it loads further.

These xtube videos take a lot of bandwidth and sometimes it's jointly your internet connection and Xtube's overloaded servers.
