Just across the road from us is a block of flats with big windows...occasionally I see a young guy who lives there with his girlfriend. One morning recently, the sun was flooding in to his apartment, and I catch more than just a glimpse of him ironing some clothes, getting ready for work.
The guy is in his late 20's I guess, slim and tall, quite a nice bod. Kind of a preppy/English public schoolboy look, with short dark hair. He's ironing his work clothes wearing nothing but a cute pair of white and pale blue striped boxer-briefs, but with shorter legs, what we in the UK would call 'trunks' - nice wide waistband in white, but he was too far away to see a logo. All too soon though, he put on his shirt and trousers... :(
I got a nice sighting of his arse, smoothly clad in those sexy undies...a very good start to the day! :D
Normally this guy doesn't hang around in his undies, but occasionally I've seen him clad in just a towel...
