"Murmur of the Heart" is a French film set in the mid-'50s about Laurent, a super cute teenage boy coming of age and losing his virginity. Although Laurent is straight, the film has a good deal of latent homosexuality. There are scenes with Laurent in white underwear, Laurent (and many fellow students) in skimpy gym shorts (being touched by a Catholic priest at one point), and Laurent naked with brief frontal nudity. It's also a great film in its own right.
