Some Changes to the Forums

Over the past few days, I've removed a couple forums that weren't being used, plus I combined a few. I also alphabetized the Show and Tell section.

Finally, I added a new section in the Show and Tell area for cock display gear (like BunnG and those Koala ones with the crazy cockrings built) and cock rings. I know they're not really underwear, but lots of guys on here love them and lots of guys wear cock rings to give themselves a better bulge.

I'll admit, my main reason for doing so is that Esculpta suggested sponsoring a forum. They've been sponsoring the site for almost 6 months now so it's the least I can do as a thank you to them for their continued support.
