How Small & How Tight?
What is the smallest size you have ever squeezed into? I love my briefs snug, so I always wear boys size briefs...usually a Size 12. I've gone down to a Size 8, but that's as low as I can go and still be "comfortable"...

Smallest briefs
I used to wear boys Y-fronts, size was 32" I think. Seemed to fit better than men's size then. Now I go for an easier fit.
