But that's the thing about car stuff ... as a hypothetical question, is one really in public if you're in a car?

We've all seen pics and videos of people doing it in the Walmart parking lot, store signage clearly visible thru the car's windows. Now that looks like it's in public! But with tinted windows, it might actually be totally invisible to anyone standing more than 2 feet away from the car.

I love driving around naked, especially if I can do a nice long cruise that way, and I do mean naked. Totally. Hell, I've driven thru the middle of downtown Portland that way. But so far I've limited it to nighttime hours. Nobody can really see me - except at a stoplight maybe - so I don't think of it so much as "being in public". I used to have about a 25 minute drive home on a very rural state highway around 3:30pm.
