I have been looking but this is the first time I have found a man in a thong.

It's the beach right off of Desire Resort, a swingers resort, you can even find a sign on the beach in Spanish that says you may encounter nude sunbathers.

I use it like a hobby, searching likely thong spots, 😉. Just north of this man in a thong there is an older couple standing on the shore watching a much younger woman wearing only a thong playing in the ocean.

I just found a guy wearing a thong on the beach using Google Earth, now I want to search for more.
