Hi, The weather here in Perth, Western Australia has been very hot, today and the last three all 38C(100+F).
A very hot summer and February is our hottest month.
We are in to the 2nd day of a five day lockdown due to a local case of Covid-19 the first in ten months.
The person was working at a quarantine hotel for international arrivals.
We would like to go out for a walk but the whole of Perth is covered in smoke with ash falling
from the sky due to a huge bushfire which is less than10kms from us.
The good news is I have enough beer to get through this.
3pm Tuesday here and it's beer-o clock for me, going to crack a cold tinnie.
Cheers. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-55897659
