In my opinion, it doesn't. If I fuck a guy, the size of his dick doesn't matter to me. If a guy would fuck me, it's an advantage if his dick isn't too large.

Totally agree…I’m a bottom and I’m average. I’m told that most guys just like to see some representation down there but it doesn’t really matter that much. It's not really something you got a lot of control over. We pretty much work with what we're born with. As long as you can get the job done ... make the best of what you got.

Far more important - to me - is that it be well groomed, preferably shaved and totally free of pubic hair. That'll get me going, regardless of size.
