It depends entirely on the underwear or swimsuit I'm wearing. If the pouch is contoured (like in the pic), you almost have to put your cock-head into the contour or it just looks . . . empty. If it has more of a flat front, then I'll go to the side or up--like 1:00 to 2:00, but I don't think I've ever gone out at "noon."

It guess it very much depends on what style of one sided thong I’m wearing. This style for example, depending on over which hip you wear the suit can only be worn in the 10 or 2 o’clock position…..
