I've exclusively shopped Gregg Homme for years after finding them to be the best quality and fit of any of the dozen or so brands I had tried. Figured it was time to try branching out again.

Saw N2N Bodywear recommended on here somewhere, forget which thread. Checked them out and liked the look of some of their pieces. Also like that they are USA company and their prices were great. So gave them a shot on black Friday and ordered 5 pieces.

Checkout went fine, all 5 pieces were in stock presumably as I was able to add them to my cart and complete the order. Received the confirmation email and thought all was well, excited to try some different underwear.

5 hours later I receive an automated email that my order was canceled. No explanation as to why, not a cancelation of just unavailable items, a total and indescript cancelation. Email signature said to respond to the email if I had questions. I did so and received an out of office reply that they wouldn't be responding until Monday because of the holiday.

Thinking it might be some system fluke I replaced my order. Everything went through fine once again, received the confirmation email. A few hours late, no cancelation email, so I double checked the order status on their website to be sure and sure enough it was also canceled.

Have still not received any response from N2N. Horrible experience. Will never be shopping with them again.
 
I like N2N for what it is...their unlined swimsuit is very nice. Honestly, a lot of their products are the same thing in different fabrics (or marketing). I've never had a problem with the website, but I haven't ordered from them in a while.
Possibly, the site crashed on Black Friday or some other overload on the system? I'd suggest finding a N2N product on ebay or another site and seeing if you feel that it's worth another try at ordering.

Yeah they didn't look like anything special per say and really I was just interested in a pair of their shorts that looked good, but figured I might as well try some of their underwear while I was at it.

Right, they could have been experiencing some issue, and that's understandable. What's inexcusable is the lack of customer service, explanation and apology. Obviously they don't care or are too under water to run their business properly.

Good point about finding their product somewhere else to try it, but I'm not particularly inclined to support them even in that capacity after that terrible experience.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I asked for a explanation and still haven't received a reply. My order for about 4 items was from Canada, so the refund was $6 less than the original billing (presumably because of exchange rates). Very unimpressed so far.... especially with the lack of responses.
 
I've ordered a lot of stuff from them. I like the items they have but the company is a little quirky. Not sure why they didn't follow up. I know if a company leaves a bad taste in your mouth you most likely won't go back. But I say give them another shot.

Thanks for your feedback. I did in fact give them another try and got a pair of shorts and a thong. I absolutely love the shorts, the thong is ok. Problem now is I want more of the shorts but they have been out of stock for 2 months now.

Excellent....their thongs are hot...i have a lot of their leggings too but don't care for the ones with the pouches.... i actually wear their leggings out and are functional but not with a pouch. I feel you'll be back buying from them.

Their response to email is lackluster at best. Some of the stuff they have is great. Customer service as a whole with any business has gone into the abbys.
