I don't know if totally seamless undies are possible, but I really like these "Aussie-style" briefs from NDS WEAR. They only have a hemmed waist and legs. There's no pouch, back seam, or fly. These are a very thin and light ribbed cotton. I can send you"down the front" photos to show the thinness of the material if you like...

I don't know of any ethical issues with the brand...I've purchased these same briefs multiple times in every color as well as other items...such as these "almost" seamless briefs...although the sheer ones pictured here may not have been from NDS WEAR...I can't remember.Oh yeah

Just too many are made with thick polyester or nylons.
Never heard of this brand but will look into it
