Hi DC - yes we have exchanged messages. I think that one day last season we missed each other by about half an hour. Maybe this year. Fortunately it won't be long. Sorry I didn't reply to this message sooner - i am very new to this bord and don't know my way around. I'm a lot more familiar with the Thongboard.

First visit of the season to East Beach. The beach is not officially open but there were a few there to enjoy the low 70’s and bright sunshine. There were a few thongers already settled in. Two guys that I could see both wearing very brief thong/g-stringss. Another was wearing a small bikini while my immediate neighbor was nude behind a windscreen. I wore a miniscule slide front g-string. All of us felt free enough to walk the beach and explore behind the dunes with no problems.

I was back at M-Street on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The beach was busy but not crowded. Weather was perfect and the normal group of Gay men were there, mostly choosing to wear Speedo’s. Some had on trunk style suits, and one guy had on a pretty conservative N2N thong. This was remarkable because I have always been the guy in the briefest suit. He seemed completely comfortable and no one made a comment or complaint.
I set up next to him and I was wearing a striped white UM suit that has a cheeky back and is very transparent when wet. I stayed a couple of yours, swam frequently, and it was a perfect beach day.
I think this could be a downtown beach which is thong friendly, if more of us show up. Maybe like Osterman beach in Chicago. Wouldn’t that be cool.
