This thong from Tangaland on Etsy.com has a strap attached at one end to the ring, and to a butt plug at the other. Feels great and does a nice job of splitting the balls!

Depends on the plug. Most of the time no more than a couple hours, if I'm actively trying to get off it could be a lot less! LoL! But I've got one - the glass one below - I can literally wear all day. Perfect fit, stays put, love the way it feels. That's the one I choose if I'm leaving the house - my "out in public" plug.

I've seen all sorts of "medical advice" over the years that tells you not to wear a cockring for more than 30 minutes (advice we all routinely ignore) but I've never seen anything like that regarding butt plugs. Seems you can wear them as long as you like, even overnight. Just pick the right plug, shape and size is important.

Yes, very slippery. Hardly any scent, just a very mild hint of coconut.

I get the nicest kind I can find. It keeps well, so the big jars are economical. I’m currently enjoying Spectrum Organic virgin coconut oil. It cost around $15 but I’ve had it almost a year.

Like ‘GearGuyNY’ I too am a big fan of the ass spark inspired designs from “Koala” and have more than a few custom made one-sided thongs and slingshot suits that require either a butt plug or an ass spark to hold them together.

When I first started wearing this style of suit a few years ago I couldn’t wear one for more than an hour or so, now I have no problem wearing one to the beach all day.

Here's another one from Tangaland on Etsy. They had to lengthen the string to the butt plug to accommodate the balls. It's extremely comfortable. I can wear it for hours.

I've posted these before, but this thread popped up in my feed again and with Daniel posting that hot Tangaland suit, it seemed relevant enough. Another one with the buttplug loop replacing the thong string.

I usually wear one for 30 45 mins (it doesn't take long for me to get real fucking horny with one in under a tight thong), but every now and then I'll go do laundry, go to the store, go to a bar for a drink or something with it in for maybe 2 hours.
