I got one of these adjustable cockrings. My question might be a bit silly, but how are they meant to be worn ? Around balls (quite a turn-on for me), around cock (that's where the name comes from) or around both (looks right) ?

I wear around all. Like the 1st picture. You can wear smaller sizes 1 1\2 n 1 on shaft. You can go 1 3\4 (45mm) around all. I like 50mm (2"). You can wear a colorful c strap if like.

Thanks for the response and question. I get most of my metal rings from Gear Essentials. Jay there is outstanding and very good customer service. I have gotten ball weights, Penis rings, head rings and c n b rings that go around entire package. The only negative for me is that I normally wear a 2.5" around entire package. I have large balls so anything smaller (2.375) is about the smallest I can wear. They only offer biggest 2.125 or maybe even 2.25. I also have from them the 2" in length head ring. So is is 1 3/8 diameter and 2 inches long. I wear that and a few underneath it and then have to go wider as I get to the base.
