I’ve just measured myself at 150mm around the base of my cock and balls. Divide that by 3.142 (pi) and you we get 47.7mm diameter of the circle. I’m wearing 45mm and sometimes 47mm. I started with 50mm, but they literally fell off.
it’s trial and error really to see what’s the right size for you.
one shop I tried, actually let me try a ring on (they had some for customers that didn’t know their size), feels a bit weird getting your cock out in the changing room, and they know you’re doing it.. another way is get a few cheapys from AliExpress and keep the right size for yourself.

I have a few thons with a silicone 40 MM ring sewn in front. I tuck my balls and just put my cock through, so I look ball-less. That gets me hard right away, something different.
