First time wearing a thong on a public beach

I've been wanting to wear a Swim Thong on a public beach for ages, I'm such a coward.
Last week, we went hiking in the Aussie bush and I only packed my thong!, I was determined to try it out for the first time (I'm so brave)
My wife didn't even bat an eyelid, what was I worrying about? Now I have to get up enough courage to do it on a more public beach.
Oh BTW, this is a Cocksox swim thong called Florida. No tanlines as I've been sunbathing naked in the backyard all summer!

You look great! Once you are past age 30, you become "invisible" and no one notices you or what you wear. I have been able to wear the skimpiest suits at crowded public beaches for decades as a result. Occasionally I get a request from someone who wants to take a photo with me.

She’s got heaps of thongs, she was surprised how many girls wear thongs to our local beach, I don’t think it’s going to take too much encouragement to get her to wear a thong publicly.

Sunday the weather was perfect. The beach got busier around noon, but the morning was very quiet. This was at Horseneck Beach in Westport, MA. My first time visiting this beach. Several guys in square cut and Speedo style suits. Not a thong in sight.

It is defined by the speaker. I believe that most feel that a swim thong has a lining. The material choice for “swim thongs” seems more limited also. The fabric is often shiny spandex, while the choice is infinite for a thong not intended solely as a swimsuit.

Same as ANY other swimsuit vs. underwear. You don’t wear cotton for swimwear for example. some swim thongs are lined in the front like most speedo type suits. Underwear can really be any material, just usually slightly thinner material though.
Joe Snyder markets their gear as both swim/underwear…and I’ve worn for both and love the performance of the material - very similar to Muscleskins, Skinzwear etc.
