More of a bike rider than a jogger here, but for that I wear a pair of bike shorts with nothing under them. I assume I'd take the same approach to jogging.

I have to wear something underneath for jogging, styles that have more of a pouch (string, jock, or the like) work better for me. My personal favorite are some of the aussiebum ones that have thinner straps around the leg.

When biking I wear tight spandex bike shorts. I never wear anything underneath, unless I'm on my way to go sunbathing. Then I wear a little bikini.

Beautiful spring day yesterday, the first of the season! My bike needs a little maintenance work, so I went for a short run instead. Bike shorts and a couple rings. Perfectly comfortable.

In the winter its jogging tights with a thong under for comfort and support. With the weather warming up…I’m considering getting these!
