Hey guy, how many of you use a penis pump? If you do, what is the reason? Do you use it for erectile dysfunction? Do you pump just to pump? I have started using one and use a cock ring afterwords to hold in the blood supply.

I have a cheap pump, but as soon as I remove it, i'm right back to normal. Even pulling enough vacuum that it's almost painful, and/or with an uncomfortably tight silicone ring, the effect doesn't last even for a second. I don't get it...?
