How about "ripped undies" ? I have some pairs which are pretty much worn out...

My suggestions probably overlap with existing challenges. But challenges could be made more specific.

For example, "jockstrap under shorts" is more specific than "upshorts", although pictures submitted could fit both challenges.

"Speedos in the shower" is a more specific version of "wet underwear challenge", but gives stricter guidelines for posters. (The wet item has to be a speedo).

Maybe some of the challenges are pretty broad and could be broken down into specialist categories?

"Two fetish items at once" could be jockstrap or g-string under shorts with both pieces showing.

"Favourite party wear" could be a category - what jocks do you wear on a night out, etc?

I don't know if these ideas are useful or not, but I see some potential in more specific challenges as it could open up more categories and maybe inspire greater creativity in posters. I do like funinundies' suggestion of a "tent category" (Best bulges in undies or boxer shorts?)

I'm a bit surprised that no one has suggested a category for what I might call "Human Sexual Response", showing very visible signs of arousal in underwear. Note that this is different from "Happy Endings". I am thinking of shots in which the dick is covered, or mostly covered, by the garment, but is straining to get out. Not just an excuse to show your dick, but rather to demonstrate how the underwear conceals, and yet reveals.
