I´m not planning to go any bigger: 12 mm is really enough, and comfortable. Started with 4 mm and upgraded to 5 after 2 1/2 months. Was happy with it for about 6 months or so, then I felt that I wanted more and went to 6 mm. Then the stretching fever caught me again, and I went to 8 mm, thought that was enough... Well, you´ve seen the result: 10 mm, now 11 mm and 12 mm.

Personally, I´m not into nipple piercings or ballstretchers. Prefer my PA, with additional weight of my glans ring. Sometimes I hang a padlock in my hafada hole, for some extra weight:
