Look at the photos again: how many of the more extreme ones are genuinely on a public non-nude beach? There aren't many where you can see other members of the public anywhere close, and I reckon a lot are taken either in a quiet corner of the beach, or it's deserted at the time. But I'm happy to be proved wrong.

I think it all depends on whatever the local jurisdiction’s definition of what is/is not legal. Some definitions can be so vague that they are unenforceable. It also helps to not be in anybody’s face. Quiet, away from the crowd and considerate of others is usually a good way to go. If the authorities become involved, just co-operate. They usually appreciate that, you can’t win anyway – at least not this side of a courtroom.

I’m loving the way the front of that suit is cut just about big enough to keep you fully covered but small enough to expose your glands/c-ring & PA!!!

Apart from the pattern it's pretty much see thru, but hopefully the pattern will prevent the casual observer from noticing too much.
