Testosterone Replacement Therapy

I was diagnosed with very low testosterone and have been taking TRT for the past 8 weeks. I can actually feel a difference in energy levels, enhanced mood, more confidence ( I am sure that follows less depression episodes and generally feeling better), I recover from workouts quicker, my libido has increased, and my erections are much harder and I get them many times per day spontaneously like I did in my teens and twenties. The only downside that I am seeing is shrinking testicles due to atrophy where they are not responsible for producing my own testosterone. I have read that hCG will restore testicle activity, size, and cum volume… a side note is that my cum volume has also significantly decreased. My question is has anyone here taken part with TRT, and if so have you also experienced shrinking testicles, and if so again… have you tried hCG therapy to restore size and cum volume? I see my physician again in 2 weeks when I will ask these same questions. I thought that I’d look to this group for insight and also share my experiences.

I have been on TRT for many years. Started out with the cream, then went to the injections, which I now do myself on a weekly basis (doctor approved and monitored). Never noticed any 'shrinkage' of the balls or decrease in cum production. I would have to yield to someone with more knowledge in that category. One thing to keep a close eye on is your PSA count. Mine stayed under 3 for a long time then went to 4+. Urologist confirmed it was early stage prostate cancer. Did the radiation therapy for 9 weeks, 5 times a week, and have now been clear for 5+ years, Thank You Lord!! That is the good news, along with PSA below 1, and my sex drive is just as strong as before. The downside is that now instead of big thick globs of sweet tasting seed, it's just a drop or two. Still has the same sweet/salty taste, just not much there. And, when still married to ex, I used to crave eating my cum from her messy pussy. Afterwards, it was mostly her cum, and not much of mine to enjoy. Just goes to show that everything in life is a compromise.
