The short answer is no. Not directly, anyway.
You can embed videos from other video hosting websites like YouTube, Vimeo, XHamster, Xvideos, Pornhub and a bunch of other sites.
Although the system allows video uploads, I've turned it off for a bunch of reasons. Although the software allows it, it doesn't compress video so video files end up being HUGE. I did some testing and video playback from the server was slow and clunky. - the video would play then buffer, then play then buffer.
To really have video on this site, the developers who make the software running this site will have to implement better video uploading and handling. On top of that, I'd have to have a second server dedicated to just serving video. An expense I'm not prepared to take on.

The short answer is... no.
With the non-adult video sites, I have a plugin that allows us to embed videos. For sites like PornHub and XHamster, they are pretty straightforward and allow me to write a small plugin but from looking at fikfap.com I can't find an embed code in which to modify to work with this site.
I will do some more sleuthing to see if I can figure it out but no promises.
